Fantasy Football Auctioneer

your rankings × 11 seasons of history × live room money

Connect a Sleeper league (optional)

Type your Sleeper username and import your league — teams, budget, roster slots, scoring, and real team names in one click. Read-only: the Auctioneer only looks at public league data, no password needed. On draft day, the Live draft tab can then sync every sale automatically.

League

Money in room = teams × budget. Every roster spot pre-commits $1.

Model options

Rank uncertainty on: your #1 isn't priced as a lock to finish #1 — each rank is priced by how often that preseason rank actually hit (real preseason expert ranks vs finishes, 2020–2025). In practice the top 5 RBs and WRs price nearly flat, while QB1 and elite TEs keep more of their premium. Strength: 0% = trust my exact order, 100% = full historical uncertainty. Your tiers on the rankings tab override all of this. Within-tier separation: how much of a player's exact-slot value survives inside a tier — 0% makes tier-mates truly identical, 15% (default) keeps a small edge for the guys you ranked higher.

Roster build (per team)

Add or remove any slot — dedicated or flex. Replacement levels and every dollar value recompute instantly.

Scoring

Replacement levels (from your build + scoring)

League-wide starting slots filled greedily with the best eligible rank-slots; positions sharing a flex share one bar. Marginal starters at flex-shared positions should nearly equalize — the un-equalized QB gap is superflex scarcity.

Your personal rankings — the only subjective input

One player per line, in your order. Your #3 RB inherits the RB3 rank-slot value under your scoring — the model prices rank slots; your rankings decide who occupies them.

Tiers: type --- on its own line to draw a tier break. Everyone inside a tier shares (nearly) one price — that's you saying "these guys will land in these spots, in some order." Your order inside the tier keeps a small edge (set "Within-tier separation" in League setup; 0% = truly identical). Below your last tier break, the historical hit rates take over.
Locks: add * after a name (e.g. Brock Bowers *) to say "price him at exactly this spot" — no uncertainty, no tier averaging. Use for the rare player you consider a true lock.

Expected pts fold in rank uncertainty and your tiers (T1, T2… tags; 🔒 = locked). Base $ = pre-draft value. Live $ = repriced from actual remaining room money — the number to bid against. Click an available row to queue it in the sale form.

My roster & targets

Every open slot carries a realistic market target (defaults to the median remaining startable player it could hold — edit to your actual plan). V is their sum. Penciling a needed starter at $1 is lying to the tracker.

Sale log

"vs base" compares price paid to the pre-draft value of the rank slot consumed.

Repriced continuously as sales are logged. Flat shelves at the top are tiers — yours, or the historical hit-rate plateaus. The smooth tail is the depth ramp a step-function model misses.
